Tanner Lee was born in Mesa and has lived in the east valley his entire life. He witnessed the growth and development of southeast Gilbert and at a young age grew a strong interest in Real Estate. He decided to put his life on hold and move to Boston for 2 years where he dedicated his full efforts in serving the surrounding communities. He learned valuable principles of putting others first while working in various leadership positions. When he came back from Boston, he chose to get licensed in real estate and immediately focused all of his efforts on his career in property management. With his passion to help others succeed in both owning rentals and helping those find their own home, he decided to start One Way Homes, a company that is fueled on the success of both the owners and tenants. Tanner’s vision was to create a system that helped owners protect their real estate assets by focusing on an investment that commonly gets overlooked, the tenant.
