Kelly Mardis, Owner After fours years serving our country in the Navy, having sand blasted and painted countless decks and bulkheads, I received a bachelor's degree at the University of Louisiana at Monroe. During college, I painted part time – further improving my skills. After moving to and working in Phoenix a few years, I decided to get into the painting industry full time. For three years, I honed my painting skills working for two of the largest painting companies in town, personally managing hundreds of jobs large and small, starting with the first brush stroke to the finished product. This experience taught me the value of customer service and the proper management of time, personnel, and priorities.
