Fontana has  been involved in a wide range of valuation and counseling assignments for real estate litigation purposes providing Expert Testimony.  He has served as an Expert Witness in NYS Supreme Court and NYS Surrogates Court in several courts throughout New York and beyond.  He provides supportable, defensible and unbiased valuation opinions that can stand up to the highest levels of scrutiny.
