IMKAT Homes was founded in 2018 by the Katrenyak brothers, as a general remodel and construction company. At the time, we were specializing in water damage restoration and building additions. In 2019, we built our first custom additional dwelling unit, and by the end of 2019, we made our sole focus to become Northern California’s primary ADU Builder. Today, IMKAT Homes is Northern California’s leading ADU Builder, completing 120+ ADU projects per year.
