Floor Factors is the largest union floor covering shop in the Pacific Northwest. Gary Crenshaw and Mim Zumwalt founded Floor Factors in 1980 with just 2 installers and a bookkeeper. We now employ 75 to 100 installers, 15 outside salespeople. As the top-rated flooring company in the Portland area, we are prepared to assist with any residential flooring project. From our in-house design consultants, demolition services, delivery, and installation, Floor Factors has you covered. From condos to expansive estates, we can create a floor covering plan to fit the size or style of any home....
