Our mission is to provide the best window covering experience to you. We stand by our custom work, high quality products, and professional installation and customer service. We are locally owned, not a franchise or big box store. We serve Birmingham, Alabama and surrounding areas. Our reputation and livelihood depend on referrals from our customers, and the only way we can keep that up is to do an exceptional job and stand behind what we do. We never run sales but we do guarantee our prices to be better than the “sale prices” and “holiday discounts” from other companies. Craig Byram, our owner, brings many years of experience in the industry to the unique way we serve our customers. Straight out of college, he went to work for a furniture company managing stores for close to a decade. In 2002, he got into the window covering business and knew this was the industry for him. In 2004, Craig started Custom Blinds & Shutters.
