My journey into real estate appraisal began 23 years ago in 2001 when I obtained my appraisal license and discovered my passion for appraising properties. I started working for a small appraisal firm, gaining valuable hands-on experience. This foundation led me to work as a staff appraiser for top financial institutions like World Mortgage Inc. and Wachovia Bank. Eventually, I founded Choice Appraisal Services.
