Our Design/Build process organizes your construction project into two stages. In the first stage, we work with you to develop concept drawings and a firm price for the project. In the second stage, we do permitted, construction drawings based on the concept drawings, and then we build your new home. The process is efficient and eliminates finger pointing: you will have the same point-of-contact from beginning to end for seamless communication, and we will give you realistic timelines and budgets each step of the way.
