BARONE & SONS INC., is a Real Estate Appraisal and Consulting Firm that has been in existence since 1917. We provide competent, professional appraisal service to many banking institutions, major corporations and individuals. Barone & Sons has grown and expanded along with the Greater Pittsburgh area. Our company has eight PA Certified Residential Appraisers, one General Appraiser, and two SRA designations. Additional Appraisers are: Edward Doyle (licensed since 1990), Kathryn Cinker (licensed since 2002), and Lisa M. Blair (licensed in 2017, trainee license 2014). Our current Appraiser Trainees are: Nathan Verner, Kevin Hamill, and Jessica Carpenter. Our promise is to provide professional, accurate, unbiased appraisals. Our friendly staff is well trained and strives to provide our customers with excellent service. We offer competitive fees and turn times, quoting appraisal requests on a case by case basis, giving each order individual attention. Our appraisal staff offers decades of experience and extensive knowledge of Pittsburgh, the Greater Pittsburgh Area, and surrounding counties.
