8th Street Appraisals is owned and operated by Debra Linkoski, a Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser. Debra is a graduate of Indiana University of PA, with a Bachelors degree in Human Resources. She started out in the Real Estate business in 1989 as a Real Estate Sales agent for Long & Foster Realtors in the state of Maryland. Upon returning to PA, where Debra is originally from, she entered the mortgage business, for a number of years, as a loan specialist, working for Household Finance, then Norwest Mortgage, who became Wells Fargo Home Mortgage.
